Its Okay to Disagree
Many of the Ballot Measures we are asked to vote on are complex. We
have done our best, prayerfully, to provide some sound biblical
reasoning for the positions that we take in this Voter’s Guide. On some
of the Measures, we bring no recommendation, while some we do indeed
strongly support or oppose. But the last thing we want is to imply that
our positions are the only ones good men or women should take.
Differences are okay, particularly when it comes to applying Biblical
truth to complex public policy issues. We implore the reader to be
careful and prayerful about the use of this Voters Guide. Don’t feel
bad if you come up with different conclusions different from ours, or
if you don’t feel confident enough to vote on certain Measures. In all
thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:6).
